These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website flyontravel.ae and the services provided by Fly On Travel and Tourism LLC ("Fly On," "we," "us," or "our"), a travel and tourism company licensed in the United Arab Emirates. By using our website, submitting an enquiry or application, sending us your documents, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Our services
Fly On provides visa processing assistance, flight and hotel reservations, travel insurance, and corporate travel management. We act as a facilitator and service provider. We assist you in preparing and submitting applications and bookings; we do not issue visas, and we do not control the decisions of embassies, consulates, airlines, hotels, insurers, or other third parties.
Visa applications and no guarantee of outcome
The decision to grant, refuse, or delay any visa rests solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. Our role is to prepare your application to a professional standard, advise you on requirements, and submit it through the correct channel.
We do not and cannot guarantee the approval of any visa. Any reference to approval rates reflects historical performance and is not a promise of any particular result in your case. A refusal, delay, or request for additional documents by an authority is not a failure of our service, and our fees remain payable regardless of the outcome.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents. Submitting false or misleading information may result in refusal, blacklisting, or legal consequences for which you are solely responsible.
- Meeting deadlines we communicate to you, including appointment dates, document deadlines, and payment dates.
- Ensuring your passport has sufficient validity and blank pages for your intended travel.
- Reviewing all booking and application details for accuracy before confirmation.
By submitting your passport, application, or supporting documents to us, you confirm that the information provided is true and correct and that you accept these Terms.
Fees and payment
Our service fees are quoted to you before we begin work and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees for our services are separate from, and in addition to, any embassy, consulate, visa center, or supplier charges, which are set by those third parties and may change without notice.
Refund policy
Our service fees are non-refundable once processing has begun. Processing is deemed to have begun once we have received your documents, opened your file, or commenced work on your application or booking, whichever is earliest.
Because our fee covers our professional work in preparing and submitting your application, no refund of our service fee will be provided in the event of a visa refusal, delay, withdrawal, cancellation by you, or any decision by an authority or supplier, once processing has begun.
Third-party charges (such as embassy, consulate, visa center, airline, hotel, or insurance fees) are governed by the refund rules of those parties. Where a third party issues a refund to us on your behalf, we will pass on any recoverable amount after deducting our service fee and any non-recoverable costs.
Where we have not yet begun processing, you may request cancellation and we will refund amounts paid, less any costs already incurred.
Bookings, changes, and cancellations
Flights, hotels, insurance, and other travel products are subject to the terms, availability, and cancellation policies of the airline, hotel, insurer, or supplier concerned. Changes and cancellations may incur charges imposed by those suppliers in addition to any applicable service fee. We will advise you of these where possible, but the supplier's terms prevail.
Communications
By engaging our services, you consent to us contacting you by phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, or other messaging channels regarding your application, booking, and enquiries. Where permitted, we may also send you relevant travel updates and offers; you may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Fly On is not liable for:
- The decisions, delays, errors, or acts of embassies, consulates, visa centers, airlines, hotels, insurers, or other third parties.
- Loss, damage, or expense arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
- Missed travel, appointments, or deadlines resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the amount of the service fee you paid to us for the specific service in question.
Intellectual property
All content on flyontravel.ae, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Fly On Travel and Tourism LLC and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without our written permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
